Acumen Connections provides the credit card processing our clients need to reach their goals. We specialize in helping businesses grow by offering merchant services that make the day-to-day easier and more profitable. These are the monthly fees we charge:
On-File Fee: A small monthly fee to keep your account on file, access monthly statements. This also covers a monthly mandatory regulatory compliance fee and gives merchants access to our helpful customer service team.
Pass-Thru Fees: Covers the fees credit card companies (like Visa or Mastercard) charge for all transactions made with their cards. It’s often a minute percentage of each of these sales.
Card Rate & Authorization Fee: The fee that is assessed per transaction. This is how the processor gets paid.
Batch Fee: The fee assessed each time a batch is settled, typically done at the end of business day. Settling a batch transfers earned funds to the business bank account.
